Making a .chm file version will take more time since it uses ancient html code formatting and interpretation (thanks Microsoft),
so we have to rewrite some code in order to make it work correctly when viewing it. This version should work well in most of the modern browsers (IE 9, Mozilla Firefox 20, Google Chrome 26, Opera 12).

- Merged the Ultimative and MXL sections
- Formatted the Sacred Unique page so that the SU/SSU/SSSU versions of the item are in one row
- Formatted the Tiered Unique page so that all tiers of the same item are listed together in 2 rows of 3
- Updated all items, uberquests, recipes, runewords and more for MXL:U v7
- Added more tree navigation (eg. Unique Tiers, Runewords...) and re-ordered it
- Added charm and trophy pictures to the Uberquests
- Added MOs
- and a lot more smaller or bigger things...
