Will you be a living legend or a forgotten casualty? MechWarrior:Living Legends (MWLL) is a total conversion modification for Crysis, MWLL is at its very core a mix between First Person Shooter and Simulation. This will be achieved through the use of a mixed arms massively multiplayer gaming experience where the player takes part in a battle using a variety of vehicles and weapons MWLL is using the concepts pioneered by the “Battlefield” franchise and more recently Crysis, of a sandbox feel where you get to play what you want and how you want it. MWLL depicts the epic struggles between the two factions of Battletech “The Clans” and “The Inner Sphere” In the project we will be bringing some of the legends of MechWarrior back to life.

How big can these hangers get? Are you guys planning on doing any massive facility battles?

The problem is that all of these shots still show the old hangar while a new one is actually receiving the final touch these days. The hangar is home to eight vehicle bays and infantry/battle armor barracks on top of that. Two assault Mechs can easily leave the hangar at the same time - I hope this gives an idea of the dimensions of the current one.

The new hangar will be even larger.

Wowza. So if there is an infantry/battlearmor barracks on top, they won't be seperate structures? I mean, you'll start with the capability to build mechs?

Yes, both teams will be able to build vehicles and Mechs from the start. The size of your virtual wallet will be the limiting factor.

Description

Door #117 in MWLL's release countdown calendar is about to be opened. March 27th sees another screenshot from the mercyless lands of lava, SA_Inferno. A group of Mechs has just left the hangar and is apparently thrown directly into battle. Enjoy!
