Current Release 3.56 Rc4 Full - Mod is 200 Mb download and uncompresses to 550 mb, Use Freelancer Mod manager 1.3 to install.

Tanjitsu Rebalance Admin	KoehlerCafe removed from the server list. there server version is out dated. Rc3 The web site contains wildly wrong install info. (PLEASE DONT READ Koehler INSTALL TXT is Way WRONG) Re added Koehler Link Sent them updated install guide. There server is still running Rc3.
