The ships are looking quite blocky. I'd also set the lightgrid higher for the sails. And the flags may should be an animated model...

Sorry about the blockyness, the map took me forever even with that low amount of detail and I needed to move onto the tutorial map.
One of the problems is that most of the curvyness is beneath the water...but due to the reflections, you can't see it ;)
