Dear people of the Modb community, we, former and current MOS members, have created a huge submod for your entertainment. This mod might have started out as a compilation of many smaller mods, but currently houses much unique content as well. MOS aims to be as lore accurate as possible while giving the best game-play experience ever seen in the world of Third Age Total War. After not being active for more than a year we are once again busy updating our mod. This has resulted in the release of version 1.7. We are still at it and we expect that there are yet some updates to look forward to. The Massive Overhaul Mod (or simply MOS) is a submod for Third Age Total War, one of the most popular submods that ever has been made for Medieval II Total War Kingdoms.

You can see the name of a captain the same way as that of a general, which is by hovering over a stack with the cursor. Just use the name and leave the "captain" out.

Description

Some people have reported that their MOS 1.70 game gets stuck after an end turn. The cursor stays in the form of a spinning ring and no further action is possible. This is usually caused by a unit that tries to reach a destination on the strategic map that is already occupied. Normally this would not be a problem, but in some cases it is. The unit keeps moving between two points indefinitely. The video shows how to find the unit that is stuck in a loop and what can be done to resolve the situation. This usually happens at (a few) river crossings,
Ultimately this has to be solved by editing the strat map in such a way that units do have room to manoeuvre. The team lacks someone with the necessary mapping skills ATM though, which is why this video has been made.

For those that have trouble seeing what is going on here is a direct link to YouTube where the video can be seen in a better resolution.
