You nailed the model and textures. Great job!

I don't really like it if i may be honest. I believe that if this is released at the final version, side by side with other smaller ships, the dreadnought, because of the level of detail and the textures that feel a bit pixelized at areas, missing the "massive ship" feel that it should convey. this model will simply feel out of depth to the other models in my eyes, could i suggest adding a bit more of geometry in areas such as where the engine connect to the main hull, and the are where the external side canons are situated?

The Mass Effect codex is clear: The whole dreadnought is designed to host a massive weapon at the middle. Therefore, there's no canon or something like this. About the whole ship, it's almost the same model and texture as the codex.
There is a normal map render ingame that add a lot of details to the ship and give a feel of power. Here, the lines seem to be pixelized but not ingame with the matte shader. We create our ships to have the best representation ingame with the engine and this one seems to be, actually, the best one. I can try however to add more polygons but I won't modify the model if it's contrary to the codex.

Anyway, it's not the final version because I plan to add new texture details on the hull.

I am sorry, i was just giving my opinion...I also want this one to be the best Mass Effect ship combat experiences out there, i wasn't trying to pull you guys down or disrespecting your work... What i mean with the canons, was the guns on the lower sides, i think you can see them here

Ah I thought you meant the main canon. My bad.
You're opinion is good, don't worry and it's a good feedback. I plan to add more geometry to the engines. The only problem is that the exact model, from ME3, is not that good and comes with little details so we don't have a good representation, even if the codex itself.

Description

Second version of the Everest class. I tried to create the same model and the same texture as the conceptual arts. I'm proud to present my own texture for it, based on the default texture made by BioWare. It should be the final version.

I tried to create the same model and texture as the following picture: Fc08.deviantart.net

PS: ADV Shaders (from our mod) activated.
