After many failed attempts at this I finally got it right, I thinking about doing it to the ships as well.
Not quite right, the second inner ring is supposed to spin as well. You've got outer ring right thou...

I believe hes still gonna work on that part. Getting the first ring done isnt easy since sins and animations never go too well.
Add to that the fact that the inside ring is attached to the outside one, and that the direction of the inside ring's spin is completely dependent on where the outside ring is in its own spin.
