The reapers have returned from dark space. With Earth under attack and the mass relays in a state of chaos from refugees and the councils fleet engaging reaper forces the galaxy is a mess. The outcome is unknown, the warfare is devastating. The galaxy will never be the same.

I need to keep noting, that half of those comparisons are not accurate at all. by those comparisons the normandy is half the size of a kilimanjaro class dreadnought.

It's in the presidium which is in the center of the citadel. The tower isn't very big compared to the rest of the citadel.

In the center, you can see a tower sticking out.

it looks fine to me, the ring of the presidium may be a slight bit to big in diameter as is but nothing has to be perfect, it looks good all on its own.

The seems quite larger than it should be. From Images3.wikia.nocookie.net this image you can see the sections linking the ring to the arms are around a third the diameter of the ring. On the model the difference is much greater. Also while the arms are straight in the model whereas in game the arms are somewhat curved. Still, regardless of these flaws the model itself looks great and I can't wait to see it textured and in-game.

You are right about that, smaller base ring should do the job with that though.

Yeah I was gonna say the shields on the back don't look like they'd be able to cover the back.

Just my own opinion but I was hoping to see the citadel as a planet type, that way it could be the capital of the Citadel Races. I mean, that is the central location for the council races.

I would love to capture it as a planet as well...but sadly I wont be able to amass a huge fleet there and just keep telling Shepard that i have "dismissed this claim"

We have dismissed this so called 'irrefutable evidence' of this so called 'Reaper Threat' as completely ludicrous. Who in their right mind-*Harbinger lands on Palavan*...Shepard, you must deal with this threat to all our homes BEFORE we can help YOU.

in my opinion if the reapers capture the citadel it should appear closed(not moving parts but just change the appearance) and stay normal if the other two races capture it

I remember the arms of the Citadel to be more curved inwards. Sort of like a claw, these seem rather flat.

A comment: Shouldn't the arms have a bit more curve to their outer sides? not the interiors but the exteriors. When the station was fully sealed, it was curved.

This image shows that the wards kinda taper inwards Fc02.deviantart.net

Im sure someone thought about it already, but the Citadel would fit perfectly as the Occupation victory planet. That could make sense because it's a key structure for both Reapers & Council factions in the Mass Effect background. I like the idea that it may have different appearances that depend on the owner's faction.

Description

Meant to be a derelict station which any faction can seize for bonuses and buffs, this is version two and much more clean cut than its predecessor.
