The reapers have returned from dark space. With Earth under attack and the mass relays in a state of chaos from refugees and the councils fleet engaging reaper forces the galaxy is a mess. The outcome is unknown, the warfare is devastating. The galaxy will never be the same.

In it's current form it bears little resemblance to the Rayya, for one that little 'tail' section should be longer and have more to it. It's a good start though, keep working on it and you'll have it in no time.
that's just the top part i'm no where near done with this thing.
It's like a sperm with the dimensions reversed (big head, tiny tail).

I think the quarians should be a separate race almost, especially depending if they are shown in more combat action in ME3. I just think it'd be weird to see this ship along side a fleet with turian, and human ships and the destiny ascension.
I agree, after all the quarians lost their embassy on the citadel for the creation of the geth, so the quarians should be entirely their own race
