I have been experimenting with the Tech Tree since the release and finally made a version im happy with. Ship design research is broken down into branches, in order to research any cap or titan you must commit to its entire tree.
These icons are stock but the buffs associated with them are not, I simply havent changed the icons yet.
so is it possible to increase damage now by researching? C:
indeed its already set up like that.
i am very glad you didnt throw this into v0.3 :D balancing would be diffecult if someone can research and the others not,
could you be so kind to tell me if i can play v0.4 in july this year? i got 1 month free there.. well actually it should be called i got 1 month gaming time.

yesterday i played couple hours homeworld remasterd. if you dont own it allready go get it, its like a travel back in the old days which you only remember good because you allready forgotten all the bad stuff D:
Very interesting to see the choice of having to commit to a research tree. While not so important in long games perhaps will add some interesting choices in the shorter games!!
nice, btw I like the V3 version alot, especially the geth ships
