Description

First developed by Cerberus scientists shortly after the First Contact War. This device generates a large inverse mass effect field, generated by the largest private sector Element zero core money can buy. When ships not carrying a specific IFF pass into its range it generates a field that plays havoc with the ships ability to use FTL and its kinetic barriers leaving it vulnerable to swift attack.
