Seems solid, a couple of gramatical errors, but those are neglible in any case. Love the premise, though i do wonder how you would manage to do this all.

Green screening, i would model a rough back drop for a CIC which for Systems alliance ships is simple. Record some basic footage and "green" it in.
I understand that there are a few grammatical mistakes, but no one uses perfect grammar especially people in a battle situation.

The slight grammar-nazi in me might be freaking out, but that was a pretty amazing thing to read.
Pitty Sins doesn't have a campaign mode, you could've probably included this story as a small opening to the mod, though Bridge Commander would be and ideal game, simply because you're always stationed on the bridge.
- And you said it was an opener for the mod anyways, my bad. You could always find artists to draw out the scenes and make it a slide show, they did that for Legends of Pegasus ^^

lol thanks, i loved ME but i found some of the lens flare a bit too much, and loads of youtube vids tend to have too much lens flare.

Perfectly sets it up. I don't know about you guys, but I plan on making a full trilogy playthrough along side playing this mod when it comes out. When I get to ME3, this will beat the hell outta any "galaxy at war" meta gaming that bioware came up with.

Pretty good for the most part. Only thing I have against it is how fast you made the fleet seem to die off. You said the flotilla had 70 some ships in it and it sounded like it was going againts only one reaper. I just feel like a 70 to 1 battle sounds like good odds in the alliances favor but correct me if im wrong.
every time I imagine the inevitable pause in the dialouge to view the exterior at the battle I hear "My Name Is Lincoln - Steve Jablonsky"

By live action, do you actually mean live action, or just animated (As some of these comments seem to imply)? I've had a bit of experience with filming, you could say.
