Mars Wars
- an Unreal Tournament 2004 mod. Mars Wars... As you can probably guess, takes place on Mars! It will take you though all sectors of the fourth rock from the sun through an intensive multiplayer campaign. Battle on the surface of Mars in APCs, Jeeps, and Aesir Fighters. Then go into buildings below to battle in levels like Killbox and Checkmate. Mars Wars promises to bring you non-stop action and entertainment! Make no mistake, Mars Wars is different from any Unreal Tournament 2004 mod you've ever seen!
Make no mistake, this mod will be different from all other UT2004 mods.
Why not for Unreal Tournament 3? (faq)
UT3 doesn't allow me to host servers. <- main reason (why bother making a multiplayer shooter that you can't play in multiplayer?)

Ok, for those who don't know what MarsWars is ... thats our fault :P, we didn't keep the Moddb community well informed because we figured actual progress is better than a weekly update :o :P so im posting this News to inform you that MarsWars 2.0 is now released for the public to play!
Now some of you may be asking yourselfs "WTH is Mars Wars ?". Mars Wars is a UT2k4 Mod based off the game Red Faction, it has the same characters, weapons, vehicles and some recreated maps from the origional game ... except more updated with karma physics, dynamic water, multiplayable vehicles, cool texture effects all with the same feel of the origional game, we even incorporated a type of geomod in some levels! Don't get us wrong, we love Red Faction and we are not trying to steal the idea of the game ... we are just trying to bring it up to date so people can enjoy it once again :D.
So enough with the chatter! Lets see some screenshots and links!:

Hmm....not bad.
I play Ut2004 really offten and I have so many Mods for them but not so good but this one looks nice!^^
People have problems with it playing differently than UT2k4 >_>

I just noticed that there's a line repeated in the mod description. The last line in the main paragraph is repeated for the closing line.
Will you guys make a Red Faction 2 weapons mutator for Mars Wars?
I don't have a texture artist who could be doing the skins for the weapons.
Without textures the models are pretty useless, and I am unable to make them.
