my ancient computer from 10.000 BC with a processor power slower than a cheap watch could handle the mod without any problem, only the detail settings had to be lowered to make the models at far distance dissapear.

and that's really great news, because at this moment on that computer, around 900.000 polygons are inserted and about 250 textures.
it's specifications are:

overheated Intel Celeron D 2.8GHZ (no dual core or anything, only a small accidental overclock of 100MHZ)
RAM - 1GB (should be way too less)
GPU - ATI Sapphire HD2600 XT 512MB (ancient GPU not even for sale anymore)
Motherboard status: ...crashcrash...

so unless you use a computer from 20.000 BC you should be fine ;)

I make sure the mod runs fine at:
CPU: Intel i7 quad core 2.8GHZ (or next generation i5)
GPU: 1GB
RAM: 8GB (4 should do aswell)

alright, placing ingame took a little longer than i expected, so here's some updates.

the exterior is almost completely added ingame, with only 3 rows of lifeboats left, some bugfixes, doors, smoke, and the animated texture for the ship's wakes.

the ocean itself is already animated.
