Install the old driver. I had the same problem in some games. After I had installed the old driver again, the problem was solved.

This. If you ever have an issue that arrives with a new driver install then just roll them back to the previous version.

That seems easier said than done, I found out that the solution you posted is indeed the only solution.
But I don't have a clue of how to get to the previous version of the CCC. My computer has no system recovery data, and elder updates before 12.4 seem nowhere to be found.

Do this uninstall the drivers like normal and restart the PC then delete any folder on your PC with the name AMD or ATI that belong to the graphics system BUT don't delete any AMD folder that belongs to the mainbord chipset (if you have a AMD CPU) or even the AMD dual core optimizer folder, also don't forget to make hidden folders visible, after doing that use CCleaner to clean the registry, restart the PC again and install the old driver.

P.s- if you are afraid of deleting the folders your self then you can use a software called driver sweeper that will do that for you, but i don't know if it is still free.

Alright, good news! I got the old drivers back and C4D works again.
Soon you will see some screenshots of the Lounge's ceiling.

Description

Sometimes I just think there's something that just holds me from finishing this project.
Since my videocard drivers got updated, this is how Cinema 4D looks.
No this ain't the spikey room onboard the Titanic, this is an explosion of glitches and artifacts making me unable to use C4D.
Good news though.. my model itself is still fine.

Let's hope for a quick solution by ATI/AMD or Maxon
