Phew... Lategame suddenly became very tedious... 400+ fighters and bombers, more than a dozen dreadnoughts, and an enemy who's shield mitigation jumped to 97% when you shot them, and stole your units that self-replicate, ending in a massive laggy battle that never ended. Didn't even kill 1 enemy frigate. But yet, was still entertaining... (Ended up just sending some units behind their army and killing all their planets to win.)

So you have met the Norlamins in full swing. Irritating aren't they ... tough opponent. There are at least two ways of dealing with them ...
1. Attack their Combat Research Centers as their Malladax cruisers ability to take your ships requires the Centers.
2. Target their Malladax Cruisers in battle.

Of course in a game that has Norlamins in it, you can hit them hard early to slow their growth. They are a race that rely strongly on research and are very strong when fully developed.

Ooooh yeah. I dunno how they do it since I haven't played as them yet, but they get some hax shield mitigation. I once had 200 bomber squadrons and 200 fighter squadrons attack a single stolen replicator light frigate. It did like, 10 shield damage because it had 97% shield mitigation XD. I can easily see a human player beating other players using nothing more than a single siege frigate XD. Even moreso for a 'Frendship' dreadnought I saw with 101% shield mitigation. Constantly.
P.S Who drew the pic of the white-and-black-armored replicator you see on the loading screen? It looks AWESOME!

Yes, balancing is an ongoing process. A couple of ways around their shields ... knock back their culture, build the Battle cap for the Replicators (has a shield attack ability)

I look forward to it when it's fully balanced. Do you plan on boosting the original races? I don't see TEC surviving a large battle with Replicators/Norlamins, lol. But I could be wrong, since I'm just a newbie. I'm not so great at rts games. I always try to turtle up and make impenetrable defences

No, I don't what to mess around with the original races. The new races will be re-balanced.

Replication requires research (for most frigates), then antimatter.
There are three ways Replicator Frigates can acquire antimatter
1. Production Platforms
2. Research Antimatter Converter ( i.e damage in battle converted to Antimatter)
3. Stars
In battle, and once researched, replication autocast's i.e your ranks will replenish.

Well after some playing around, I think my units use it when I'm not paying attention, lol. My supply keeps disappearing. And I'm in the middle of an awesome battle with hundreds of units XD
Problem is, it's not ending. My lvl 10 replicator dreadnoughts keep restoring themselves/each others shields while the enemy normalins (Or w/e they're called) keep stealing my horde frigates. What's worse is that they stole my light frigates, and now have 200+ from my original 20! And they have 40%-90% damage mitigation. It's hilarious because I think I could run this match for weeks without touching it, and it'll STILL be going. I'm enjoying it though :D

Yeah I noticed that, but doesn't the basic light frigate start with replicate? If not, then I see my problem. Other than that, they seem to be built with full antimatter (Am I wrong?...)

The scout and light frigate don't require research to replicate.
"they seem to be built with full antimatter" ... that is true.
