Rome 1 was great, but was wildly innacurate and a little unbalanced, so here's my solution to that, filled with some little and not so little changes.

Nope, I think it's the right file. It's named 1.1 because the first upload was 1.0, but that, admittedly, makes not much sense now. Do the parthians start off with regular eastern horse archers instead of Parthian horse archers? If so, then it is the wrong file (mine on my computer is the right one)
