Plz l.u.r.k mod team set the download also on moddb because mega upload is OR slow OR doesnt even work and mininova is under maintenance.

I wouldn't think so either, but it's the same release that were previously posted on Megaupload. This is the version people in this thread are commenting, no?
They are but bancove says that the 0.9 version is buggy and has stuff that wasn't intended for release.

Crashes to desktop after loading of new game finishes. Fresh install + 1.0005 patch (Worldwide version), Windows XP SP3. I have added the -noprefetch flag. Do I have to own the US version?
