The L.U.R.K. team wants to provide the best possible experience from Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, we don't plan to skew the scope of this game, because I, like many others, fell in love with the game because of the story, the realistic gameplay, and the atmosphere. I plan to preserve and improve on that concept to the best of my abilities, and our team has vowed to do so as well. Which is why we took it upon ourselves to provide that experience. We want to fulfill a niche that's otherwise unfulfilled in the modding community. We want to bring as many features to Stalker without damaging or changing the original theme of the game. While improving upon that concept with features that were dropped off the development cycle from GSC, such as stealth AI, and a strong foundation for balance, as well as dynamic A-Life, and an unprecedented visual presentation that no other Stalker Overhaul can touch.

I can't find the Glock 18 anywhere, was it cut in 1.1? |

That's a good question because I've looked everywhere and can't find it either. Same with the Vintorez. I looked in the weapons folder and both are there, so I assume it must be available... somewhere. |

Crazy late reply! : AS VAL: You can find the AS VAL in the hands of random Stalkers throughout the game (I guess usually veteran/expert ones) I haven't seen the Glock 18 though D: |

I'm sorry but there is no Vintorez in freedom barracks. You're talking about scoped as val, which is placed there. I'm afraid you can't find it in L.U.R.K. 1.1 |

but what-of the legendary "plastic" handgun? Btw why Glock-18? Those were produced in very small quantities. A glock 17 gen1/2 makes much more sense. |

The Glock 18 was cut from the game but still obtainable through a glitch/oversight by the devs. I managed to get my hands on one in Red Forest from the first Exo-suit zombie you encounter. The gun had a strange Point of View and seems to do a ridiculous amount of damage, sending ragdolls 20 feet when shot. The Description read 9mm ammo for the gun but I was unable to load 9mm but instead loaded .45 into the gun. Edited by: YotsubatoSupra |
