Alpha Testers Wanted feature - Lunar Descent mod for Half-Life 2

A lot of you have been following Lunar Descent for a long time -- thank you so much for your patience. There hasn't been a lot of word from us in a while, but this is not due to a lack of progress on the mod. Indeed, it is entirely because our focus is on delivering a top notch release.

Lunar Descent is aiming for a Q1 2016 release, but I also anticipate opening up one of our levels for internal alpha testing this coming week! The alpha is not being publicly released, but I would love everybody who is interested in testing a level from Lunar Descent to get in touch.

The alpha contains a largely-complete section of a level from the LD single-player campaign. The alpha features many of the mechanics that will be present in the final game: survival gameplay, intense combat and exploration.

No prior testing experience is required. If you would like to join the testing programme, there are a number of ways to do so:

As we get closer to our anticipated release date, expect more media releases and status updates: including a teaser trailer to whet your appetites.
