The British SAS are using Woodland DPM Pants. And most of their kits class were changed to use Helmets.
ALSO Notice that spent casing of shotgun shell were now use a proper red color.

british sas not use Colt M4, SAS uses Diamaco C8(C8CQB & C8SFW / L119A1 & L119A1 CQB)
Yes, I knew that SAS use C8 but it's CoD4 and they were using "M4 Carbine" to consider it as C8A3 carbine.
C8A3 = C8FTHB, 16' heavy barrel
C8A2 = Canadian M4A1

Yes yes, I know the differences. It's not my first time seeing Colt Canada. If you look closely the original CoD4 it has a longer barrel than M4/M4A1. More like Bushmaster M4A3/Colt Law Enforcement that has no barrel lug for M203 Grenade launcher mount. And to put into logical if the SAS use the "M4" in the game, the real life counterpart would be the C8 variant. But since the game has a poor detail because of 2007 era, you could just consider it as is.
