Once there was a place where the past and the present met in brutal confrontation. Man felt he had controlled it, had contained it, and began to understand it. But the forces of nature were never meant to be controlled, to be contained. Or, it seemed, to be understood. Until now.

A Japanese research ship is stranded on an unknown island in the Atlantic. Time and tide have laid waste to the barren facilities there, once built to contain and study the most fantastic and terrible lizards ever to have existed. Welcome to the age of the dinosaurs.

Jump back in time in an adventure that will intrigue, thrill and terrify you. As hired mercenary Johann van de Beer, you will fight to protect your friends and confound your enemies. As Dr. Saskia Brezhnev, you will learn to understand this ancient land and find clues to solve the mystery of what really happened. Together you must survive as you dodge gunfire, careen through lush forest and face the most fearsome creatures to have ever walked the Earth, in this action-packed adventure.

Small update, model in game, as requested by a few of you. Normal and spec map not applied, as we had some problem with them. It’s not perfect but it will give you an idea what a populated environment with dinosaurs will look like in the near future.

So, is it you play as a human and battle t rexes and stuff, or is it you play as the t rex? Because if its you play only as the t rex wouldn't download the mod, Humans Rule!

Yes we have, t-rex has had a overall in every area, and is looking 100x better than before. The t-rex is a hero character, and we want to retain the element and shock tactic, hence why we aren’t showing any latest images of it.

Perhaps you can expect a teaser (in game) in a few days. ;)

Yes it is by far better then the JP mod,the story, the details, the models, the progress, the loyalty of the team and the confidence I have with them that they will give us a great product is much better. But some people will prefer the JP mod just because it is a JP mod and the people just prefer it that way without thinking of the quality of the project.Unfortunately for them(the JP mod)they will have to go without the JP aspect because of the issues with Universal and they will have to get a story of their own and most of their fans will leave them mostly because of the change of the JP universe, this is why I most certainly know that their mod is going to die. They just don't have what it takes to make a modification. On the other hand the Lost World Returns mod will gain fans and will live much longer and as we all know it will finish with its final version, and who knows maybe once it is done the youngest of the team will revive the modification and start a sequel with the joy and the same spirit as the team now and on a new engine.

Well you finally admit it.

Anyways, I think he did mean in-game "Perhaps you can expect a teaser (in game) in a few days. ;)" Lets just say hoefully the t-rex, but it might not be it which is what you are saying I believe.

The story overview has been purposefully created for "easy reading", I can assure you that the plot, characters, and locations have been created with the up most passion for a new and exciting game world.

Please don’t judge us by our cover, we go a lot lot deeper with the plot and story/back-story, we just haven’t handed it out on a plate yet for all to read, as that would spoil the whole gaming experience.
