Also you should add some smoke to destruction to make it look more sweet ( eg. 1:18 ). Anyway Great job guys, as always.

Yeah, blowing out single rooms of the apartment block is looking quite good already, more particle effects of debris and smoke would be a nice topping.
I think the building destruction needs more dust affects.

What I would like to point out is that I don't really like the new animations (the HL2 default ones were better)
