Lost Hope mod for Half-Life 2

wow, this does look very, VERY good!!
and, for me THE most important thing is that this is a SP mod, and not a mp mod!!! there are already way to much of them when you ask me, and yes, i don't play mp mode.
the concept art drawings are from a very high quality, and they show awesome world scenery's, i just hope you can translate this high realism in to the maps itself. but from the screens i already have seen of a few maps its clear that they are consistent with the drawings!!!

i see this is a HL2 sp-mod, i assume its for HL2 ep2, but when you started with it it was still a HL2 (probably ep1) mod.

Glad to see its somewhat coming back.

This mod isnt dead, just that they havent gotten a update on the progress. I made friends with one of the people working on this, alot more is instored for people waiting to download it.

To those of you who are bitchin' about "When's the mod gonna be released x(", "Is it dead?!" etc etc etc, CLAM DOWN.

Its probably not dead unless the Dev's gave up on trying to fix the problem a certian patch that basically ruin the playability of every mod available prior to that particular patch release.

The Dev's, even though they already finish lets say 90% of the mod, they couldn't release the mod just yet because the patch probably wrecked the playability of the mod. So they are forced to go back to the very beginning and fix any problem due to the patch. So this may be a slow and tedious process.

In conclusion, quit bitching. Give the Dev's some face man. Respect the fact that they are doing this for you guys and don't rush them or curse them. They may not reply to your messages but they sure can READ you God damn messages.

Its a good thing they decided to release the game freely rather than charging people like Killing Floor and Gmod did.

You know, what really bothering me is that not because this mod appears dead (after a certian valve patch on steam that basically fked up every mod available prior to the patch. So the dev are probably trying to fix the problem and errors at the moment or just gave up.) but because the unit TAR they show looks very similar to Dawn of War's Tau race.
