It's approximately a hundred years from now... The aftermath of the Third World War. Countries all over the world are suffering an economic crisis which has led to a dramatic food and water shortage. The countries that do have enough resources are under martial law, food and water are not being divided equally, consequently civil war has broken out.

Remember to keep the fps stable (at least 75+). Too many props causes big fps-drops

The human eye can only process 60 fps. So i don't think it matters if it's running at 150fps. You can only see 60.

Motion pictures can appear smooth at 24 fps already, BUT the human eye recognizes far more than 60fps. Don't confuse the one with the other.

I think the ground is fine. However, if there is a sniper or small squad in the building in the background, I think it would be beneficial to at least have something to take cover behind. I think props, in this case, should be something of use and not just for looks.

Remember that it is taking place a hunderd years from now. Globalization will be in a much further stage than it is currently, which means English is probably the main language of the whole world.

That's not the main reason though.
Most players are English but the character you play speaks and reads Chinese, so we might as well make stuff understandable and readable by making it English.

Oh and the grafitti will be aplied once the level gets its decals. At the moment there arent any aplied anywere in the level.
