The view distance is around 2800 as the video recording ate up fps on 3k-4k distance.. :P On 4k distance it the dome wall does no jump up just so much.

Still, it's a bit sad we won't be able to see the dome from very far away : I can't imagine how it would feel to see this majestic dark structure rising on the horizon...

Well depending how well we are able to optimize the LODs there could be a boost to viewdistance. 4k works pretty well even now (without video cap) so it gives hope that with optimization it could be even further.

Also it might be possible to adjust the fog min/max distance so that the objects would loom in the fog longer. Would make the ambiance more ominous.

I'll take some screenshots to compare the view distances.

No, Lost Dragons will be fully custom content and does not use other mods/DLCs

Description

Finally processed the dome ruin pieces into game and they seem to work quite well. Need optimization for sure and the models will get better textures and details at some point. But for now its enough they are there!

The textures are quite temporary and seems that the material has some problems too. Gotta look into that.
