Only 3 pistols? and how can revolver be one of them ?

Pistol isnt Revolver...

Revolver has revolving cylinder it rotates,by clockwork mechanism to ready new round for the hammer which is also cocked during the movement. Ussually this movement isnt dependant of gasses relesed during fire from shell casing's explosive filling. It is more like mechanicaly rotating multi chber.

Pistol on the other hand, has one chamber to which rounds are loaded from magazine. First one is ussually by hand, pulling slide and others are loaded by part of explosion from within shellcasing, during the fire which moves the slide. Ejecting empty brass, in opening movement, cocking the hammer, and moving new round to chamber at the end of closing movement.

This is called semi automatic function (If im right)

SO If you say there are 3 Revolvers, than Im happy (because that means 3 revolvers and ton of pistols), but If you really are saing that there are 2 pistols and 1 revolver in whole LA... than Damn ... that is shame =/I was looking forward to see wide stalker colletion of firearms...

Hey pompousass, if your looking for a ''wide choise of weapons collection mod'' play it on regular soc where it lags the heck out of your game. 3 pistols is not a whole world in my opinion, in metro 2033 they had about 3-4 pistols and the game didnt suck becouse of it. In stalker people use mostly primary firearms. I never fired my secoundary unless i had to make a ''fatality'' on the enemy. Use ur primary wep thats my advice.

I dont seak wide collection of weapons mod, I was comparing 3 pistols to about 10 in vanilla stalker.

And in metro 2033 there was different variants of REVOLVER, not a single pistol...

So please before you call anyone pompousass (what ever that means) get your facts straight...

Now im guessing you get WHY i typed a rant about ur comment.Picky about mods? well people like u ussually download a MASS weapons mod that lags the heck out of pc ( no matter what pc u have) the wide weps mod will Allways bite u back in the *** anyway.

Well as Fang calld you a pompousass before i can see now where his point is. Let me clear some of your confusion about weapons. The word itself PISTOL was used for decades mainly a first name of the gun such as revolver was in fact calld a pistol or a handgun and even a freakinng deadly tool.
