some screens i found digging the screenshots folder in LA. they were made during summer, so hud is not the same on every screen, it changed a lot during the developent. currently (and i think it will be the final version) we have the health & stamina bars on the hud.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but all those screens / vids are DX8 only, no?
there is no dx8 in stalker since 2005. its all dx9, the only difference is, static lightning mode uses pixel shader 1.4, and some features are disabled. but yep, 99% of the screenshots were taken in SL mode :)
