Description
since pda is hardcoded, we had to make a new pda from scratch if we wanted to return such cool features as "pda chat". Since we made new pda, we didnt have any restrictions, so we could extend possibilities.
Wolf is propably depressed because he always dies in the barrel in army warehouses :(

@.@ It's been becoming increasingly difficult to convey the quality of EVERYTHING here! I just can't sum up the uber-epic work that has been put into all this!
