Is it raining? If yes, where are the rain splatters? :D would give an even nicer effect to the whole picture, seeing the splats on the car's hood :)
It is not raining, just a heavy overcast. I'm Sure they have custom rain impact and all that good stuff
Seems like everyone here assumed I'm an idiot and don't know anything of the game :P I saw rain in the bigger screen shots so i wondered where the splats where, but then got down-thumbed? And I don't think they did much to the rain tbh, maybe a new texture yeah but not much
It's not that, I guess sometimes people down-vote when someone says "that's it?" or "can't they implement this or that maybe to make the game better?" I suppose some people take it as Smug criticism and think he isn't grateful for what the mod offers already.. But then again all criticism should be welcomed and you might be right.
