Dead city merged with its outskirts?
Dead City has own Outskirts (with even river and a little dam) - one level.
Pripyat and Pripyat Outskirts - 2 other levels.

ah okay I was just wondering...
I played the dead city map (first time in my life, and I LOVE it, so immersive and creepy !!!) on sunday, thx to the old story restoration mod 1.1.5 !!! And I didn't see such enviorements in the RMA Mod Dead City Map *;D !
our deadcity is totally different, and 2x bigger than the origi map by gsc... not to mention we have a big outskirts around the map as you can see on this screenshot :) if you check it in full screen, you can see the 4-5floor flats in the fog.

Hehe u can just ly down in that grass and chill..... ofcourse u would be using RPG as pillow ,u know for some dangerous situations.
Wow you certainly hit ''the spot'' with this capture, the lush vegetation compiled with that abandoned village and that dramatic sky... simply amazing!
