Yuri has stolen the plans for the Weather Control Device and creates his own. He uses it to create a Lightning Storm all over the world. The Allies and Soviets team up to defeat Yuri once and for all. This mod adds tons of new units and buildings to the gameplay. Allies and Soviets will be together in one mission switching back and forth as you play, and you will be able to play as Yuri. The Civilians have an army now.
