Is a Mech mod based off of the amazing Eureka Seven world. This is a mod for the Half Life 2 Source engine. It has been in production for almost two years. Fans of the series will find themselves
flying familiar LFOs and KFLs. Fans will also be able to revisit environments from the show, and use the same equipment that your favorite characters used.
If your not a fan of the show you will still find plenty of furious battles and customizable equipment that are sure to quench your thirst for mech combat. So keep an eye on us here and don't forget to visit our forums at Lift.12.forumer.com

Hello again, this is PlinkoTink with the News 14 for Lift Mod.
It looks like this month belongs to our 3D modeler Doug, He just wont stop making stuff. So to start things off, lets show off one of his most recent works, the Monsoono

We saw this LFO used for basic military opertations throughout most of The Eureka Seven series. That fact alone makes it a perfect candidate for The arena. While its not the best LFO on the market, it has enough armor to keep it in the fight, just dont expect to outrun anyone.
On top of that we also have a new map model in the works, and when I say we I mean Doug.
The GekkoState will be the center piece of our newest map. Once compleated expect to be able to roam the halls of the ship and perhaps speak to some of your favorite characters from the show? Keep an eye on us for updated versions of this model. Thats about it for this month everyone, over all production is moving forward in every department, which is probably why I was able to change
our release date on ModDB.
Our team has been meeting every week using ventrillo to give progress reports and bring up issues. All in all we have never had a tighter team. From the looks of things its time to start doing some team interviews.
Look for that next month.
I would like to once again extend an invitation to any character modelers
and skinners. If your skilled in unwrapping models and skinning them, then
please send us your application to Lift_mod@yahoo.com. As always Our
forums has a help wanted section if you need anymore information.

i see ... for this mod i dont need to say that you shouldnt let it die :D
The latest video is very amusing! Keep up the good work!!!
Hey, you are going to have pink explosions right? Can't have Eureka Seven without bleeding mechs and pink explosions. :)
yep
Lmao, second video is awesome. Pretty funny, this mod looks quite interesting. Keep it up.
hey im just thinking but whould if possable in the future that u guys make a AI in lift with bots and stuff like that? but then again u guys whould have to do alot more right it whould be sweet if u chould use the AI from half life 2 but i dont think that whould bring u far
While I usually keep certain ideas open for the future, AI is one that i can tell you will not happen. This is a multiplayer mod, and AI for this game would take an ungodly amount of work.
Plinkotink did u have to ask the creaters if the program to make this mod? Because ive been wanting to make a mod about some old anime and im afraid i might get into trouble if i make it.
Its true, they will just ask you to stop if they do do anything. However you may notice that we have taken a few precautions with our names and things.
Anime is usually pretty safe as far as mods go, just look out for makin a mod thats based off of anything Nintendo owns.
The most trouble you'd get into is having them ask you do stop. It's not worth legal action if a simple request would work.
