Update on Life's a Beach, new images, music, info and job positions.

Since the last news post the team has been very busy! The campaign was tested at a large and very well run LAN, hosted by the LSU Computer Society. We were given great feedback by participants and have been making changes accordingly.

We now have Boing making models for us as well has lending us his experience working with Source and L4D. As I mentioned we have been making changes to Level 1 based on feedback, and with the layout nearer finalisation we will be putting, models, textures and audio in over the next few weeks. I have uploaded some of Boing's work to the gallery and will be uploading 1 of our custom song's as well.

The subsequent levels are curently being designed and built. Hopefully in a few weeks we can show you level 2 and 3 which take place along the beachfront of a town called Rio Sierra. Yes the town does have a name now, we are working on the narrative side of things as well!

We are looking for a 3D character artisit to make 4 custom survivors, it is do-able we just need someone competent enough to model and rig the characters. Experience working with Source and L4D would help but most of us are new to this as well, there is always time to learn.

We are also looking for another 3D environment artist who can model and texture complex objects. For example we need to build the exterior of the Cruise Ship, no small feat.
