Lethalmod is a Max Payne 2 mod that changes the gameplay to make combat more realistic and deadly. Although enemies die with only a few rounds, so do Max and Mona, making combat very difficult on the later levels. To make it a little easier on the player the accuracy of enemies has been decreased. The self-adjusting difficulty has also been modified to allow for the gameplay changes. There are no story changes. There are a few graphical changes to make the blood effects splatter more :) The entire mod is only 112KB.
