Test of new Toa skin with mask and weapons. And also there is first time tinted body.
I remember putting this guy together, nice work man
Use the original leg design, this just isn't right.
They reskinned the armor so that when eqipped, they look like mata legs.
I'm not really sure what that means, but it should look like this;

It will look like that depending on what armor's being worn; the Toa are customisable just like regular Skyrim characters.
The first Toa were called the Toa Mata, then they became Nuva. He just means the same old legs you were referring to.
