Legend of the Galactic Heroes (LoGH) is based on the Japanese animation series bearing the same name. LoGH is all about the epic battles between gigantic fleets of the Galactic Empire and the Free Planets Alliance. This mod will feature different political factions of the empire or the alliance. We aim to recreate the space opera feeling and the fleet tactics employed in the series. Research and economics will be reduced to a minimum and the main focus will be on tactics and fleet movements like in the series.

A short demo of ingame fighting. Smallscale skirmish between an imperial fleet unit and a FPA defense squadron near a FPA defended Planet.

Well this is 'only' 130 ships on each side. We are going to try to increase that number significantly. This is just a small scale test battle :)

This is awesome! When I first heard of this mod, I literally went out and bought the game. The game is a lot of fun on its own, but I really cant wait to get to play this. I dont know about creative (I dont have any skills with art programs) but you definitely have my support!
