This mini-mod (actually rather modders resource than a real mod) concentrates on adding some variants of the glorious Land Raider assault transport.
So I think the Spartan could be considered done...
The reason for "could" is the polycount :( Now it´s 9600 triangles, this is like 2/3x more than a standard LR from DoW. The main reasons for this are the threads and the quad lascannons. There cannot bu done much about the lascannons, but the tracks can be modified.
Unfortunately, I´m not skilled in these "rigging" stuff in this game so I would like to ask for an advice:
A) should I keep these 3D tracks (is it possible to make a real animation for treads?)
or
B) should I make them plain and use only texture (afraid that DoW engine doesn´t support bump, right?)
or
C) <insert your suggestion here> ?

Keep as 3d tracks. It is vital part of this LR variant (and also of fellblade) design.
As Boychaos proved, 3d tracks can be animated, at least he got it working in OE and recorded a short video.
Yes, to rig and animate them will not be easy, but you can "not rush" with this. (I would be happy to help, but I myself do not (yet) know how to do it, and also too busy with another mod. So maybe later)
...9600 triangles is pretty suitable for DOW relic unit, don't worry.
