Half Life 2 is pretty much guaranteed to be even bigger then the first, and therefore it’s vital that the new generation of mods are equally as big.
Lambda Co-Op is one of these mods. It offers the whole of Half Life’s single player levels as a team based cooperative game as well as a slew of new maps, weapons and enemies for you and your online friends to gun down.

Well the Sven Co-Op team announced today that they were now working on a Co-Op mod for Half Life 2. This ofcourse causes us some pain, they are already established as the kings of HL Co-Op so we will now have to have an even better mod just so we dont vanish without a trace, this should not be a problem though.

Not A full news post but still heres the low down. The site has been finished for 2 weeks ut our host has copped out or are jsut being lazy.
We are hoping to get halflife2.net to host us but we have to wait for them to get their main site back up before they put up mods.
Nice art, HL2 isnt out yet you know

I have never before in my life seen such spectacular and well designed characters and enviroments in my whole life, and I REALLY hope that the modellers/skinners/animators/sound artist/sprite artists/mappers/texture artist & programers (hope I didnt forget anyone) will do as good work as the concept artist.
It's just amazing, I dont know what to say.
If this project gets this lovely design combined with nice co-op action in style it will be the best game/mod ever.
When I saw the 600mb half-life 2 trailer I thought: WOW! I hated half-life and it's boring/ugly design but this looks just lovely and that engine... just amazing, its a must have!
That was before I saw this... this is as I said before BY FAR the greates game/movie design ever.
In class with A L | E N S with H.R. Gigers lovely designed beasts and the M41A Pulsrifle as well as the dropship.
Im so exited about this mod that I think I will be classed mentaly deranged by any doctor in the world :)
Anyway please dont screw this up because im really counting on you. Use the engine well and this will be a master piece in a class of it's own.
I will try to calm down now but first I want to wish all you the best luck in the creation of this mod.
(now im not a psycho... im just... very exited) :)
