Straight to the point. After years of hard-work L'Aigle finally has a release. This is a singleplayer only open alpha for the time being and it is admittedly rough around the edges. Please bear the following things in mind:

It is a very early alpha and lacks items and various content, it has tons of repeated scenes, it has native quests and features, it has a general lack of polish and so forth. Please remember it's the very first version and thus very rough. Over the coming months the mod will get new items, new quests, new scenes, new features and much more.

L'Aigle Singleplayer Open Alpha 1.0

If you're not familiar with the mod or need a refresher, here is our latest trailer again:

The mod should be available from the 'downloads' section of this profile or one of the various mirrors that are going up soon. I'll update this news post as they are added.

Please read the description on the file and the read me contained within the .rar. I hope you enjoy the mod and I hope it gives you a taste of what's to come in the future.

My game crashes a few seconds after starting it with the message: "Unable to open file: Modules/L'Aigle/Resource/napo_textures.brf"

You could just rename a .brf file and "trick" the game into thinking you have the needed file. However this may result in crashes.

Make sure that you have at least 1.158 version of mount and blade warband for the mod to work.

There you go: S18.postimg.org

"Unerwartetes Archivende" means something like "Unexpected archives end". The stuff in front of it is the path.

Atleast for now, because if you look at your characters stats like renown, there is also something called Prizefights won, or smth like that.

The prizefights are the ones that are inside citys, when you enter the city, select go to the arena, and there you go.

Maybe give us the option to disable the changing uniforms feature? I just want to see my army in their awesome uniforms instead of coats.
