docm, are you just laughing at aigle fans who are waiting for mod for 3 years by sucking out a screenshot per month? and every screenshot is supplemented by bursts and hopes for lease, which wraps to be another dissapointment.
Develop a mod yourself. See how long it takes.

The mod has a shader that can procedurally add snow to any scene, when the ingame date calls for it.
