I've uploaded two new things to the download site. The first is a fully patched version of Korsakovia, so this is the one to grab if you don't already have the mod. Do the normal unzipping thing into your SourceMods folder.
The second is the patch itself, which you can apply to existing downloads of Korsakovia. It's a much smaller download, so opt for that if you have already grabbed the game once.

I love this mod. The atmosphere is amazing, and when mixed with the music and dialogue... amazing.
Anyway, I am having an issue. The game crashes at the beginning of "finallevel2". I can't even load the map from the console without it crashing. If it was a specific part of the map I would be able to skip it with cheats, but I can't even load the map. This means I cannot beat the mod too. If anyone could provide any assistance, that would be great.
Besides this minor incovenience, however, the mod is still as scary as I remember.
Ah, nevermind. I was using the old version with the patch so I tried downloading and installing the new full version of the mod. Now everything works fine.

I have a problem when I throw(launch) KorsaKovia I reach(affect) the kinematics but when there is a load his(her,its) bug and puts to me this window.

First off, I like the mod so far. That's the good news. The playstyle is a bit.... odd.... but the atmosphere is good and creepy. Never played Silent Hill but it does remind me a bit of System Shock 2. (The whole 'constant state of low grade panic' sort of thing going on.)
The bad news is I'm stuck. Can't continue. I'm in the warehouse level, second big chamber with the jumble of rotating garbage of doom in the middle of it, finish that and go through the now unlocked door outside. Kill the black cloud, continue past the fence and around the corner formed by the storage container and.... boom. Game crashes to desktop. Is this a known issue?

have you tried check the map in source sdk? you know, for breaks in the map's wall or floor?a large map plus a break revealing non-skybox surrounded area can cause crashes
Figured out how to noclip around it. :) It's just that one spot of the map, for some reason.
Very nice mod. :)
I like how a lot of work is put into the essence and atmosphere of the game. Some of the mapping is very nice too. (Its cool to see actual warehouse buildings compared to some of the bulking chaos you sometimes see in other mods).
At times i seem to get several audio fragments running at the same time (sometimes its 3 of the same fragments with different volumes and weird delays).
I wonder if this is done on purpose....I understand this mod is about delusional disorders and all that but its a shame that well worked out audio fragments that can be quite mandatory to the setting and storyline are so hard to understand that way.
Was this intentional?
(On a sidenote ive had this happen while playing Dear Esther as well).

I've had the same "problem", first when I went into a vent. It really annoyed me because I was trying to listen to both of them at once, which is a good thing I guess, shows how much I like the mod.
