This mod is made to make the game more intense and also pirate survival. I will be adding maps designed just for this mod at a later time. For now just make your own with crazy amounts of starting resources. It is the best way to play the mod.

honestly we can not think of what else to really change. We need feedback from the community to make this mod grow, otherwise, we only need to update if a patch breaks it.

So please speak your minds and let us know what changes you would like to see in SoaSE Reb's. Otherwise, why screw with something that works?

Umm, I noticed that in 1.2, asteroids no longer have stupid amounts of mineral points... Any chance that was a rounding error? Cause I really liked the sheer amount of mineral bits around asteroids...

double check to make sure u have the correct mod enabled, im using 1.2a and i still get super roids, ill double check 1.2 later.

well, the only mods I have are 1.2a and kogs law 1.0
I was playing with a friend at the time, and he saw next to no super steroids either. And of course, by that I mean none.

However, just a note, if you guys ever find yourself with lack of things to do, you could always try scripting a better AI...

Umm, I don't think so... I have no way to check however, as I don't know which files to alter... Check some of the mods for diplomacy though, I know that at least one of them had a semi custom scripted AI. (no idea which though, sorry)

Ok, I am not sure if this has been looked at or not. I have not contacted suport or any thing and also this has nothing to do with the mod. Each time I go to load a game the gets slower and slower. If I play straight through and not quit the game its fine.

On to the mod. SO if you want to add custom ships I have a new idea, or at least I think. So when people make their mods they have a limited amount of units to add because of the ui, and that. Well for example when you click on a ship yard you have frigates and cruisers. There are, what 7 slots. Well lets say all the others are full what do you do. I'll tell you. You delete one of the icon, or more like remove it. Then you put in another one but you can click on it and it gives you more unit options, you simply put the icon back in a spot in the new section. Hope you understand,I am trying to explain the best I can. Give it a thaught. It might just work.

i do understand what u are saying but the this mod isnt about adding new ships but about changing the gameplay and making it more challenging, maybe in the futre if we get some people who know how to create the models needed for ships we can add them, also u are not able to create sub menus for the ship yards, sucks i know but the best you could really do is just add new types of ship yards to increase what can be built.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure another mod made submenus.... that may have been through some extensive editing though...
