Very nicely done indeed. By the way, are you interested in alternate appearances for the rams, or are you happy with the result so far?

I might make a variation with a new texture, but not a new model so it can be easily recognised as the same unit. Different faction groups (eg Celtic, Hellenistic) could get different models though.

Description

Since the release I've been busy finishing everything Roman and Macedonian. As well as improving a number of models, there are also a few new units.

The battering ram is undoubtedly the most noteworthy addition. Available to all factions, it will be a vital element of siege warfare, especially for those who cannot access heavy ballistae or lithoboloi.

Another new unit is the Kestrosphendonetai, a unique development of the slinger available to Macedon after Level 2 Reforms. They are armed with the kestros, a sling employed during King Perseus' reign that fires darts instead of stones.

You'll also notice that the Hippakontistai, Pedites Extraordinarii, Equites Extraordinarii and Equites Consulares have received new models and textures to make them more up-to-date.

The terrain in this picture is from Azangara's Terrain: Flora and Fauna mod, which you can get here: Moddb.com
The shader effect comes from GustavoUlate25's ENB mod, which you can get here: Moddb.com
