KingRP Gamemode for Garry's Mod

KingRP is a gamemode for Garry's Mod 10 that adds a variety of new and exciting things to the roleplay genre. Among the typical run of-the-mill RP elements, KingRP adds base wars where your team builds and defends a base against the enemy team or against a swarm of monsters. The gamemode is currently in a semi unfunctional state. We want to port it to Fretta but we need some more programmers. So if you want to join the team, please email

Features:

- 6 diverse classes (Cook, Pharmacist, Arms Dealer, Mechanic, Cop, Criminal, Admin)

- Base building

- Earn money by selling items to your allies or eliminating enemies or through illegal practices. Spend your earnings on weapons, food, drugs, defenses or decoration for your base to help support your team.

- Earn experience from everything you do. If you gain enough experience to level up, you gain a Skill Point to spend on a character enhancing skill of your choice.

- Instead of a door owning system, players buy whole rooms (with multiple doors included) which are locked to anyone but that player's allies. Other players can lockpick an owned door if their skill is high enough.

- Basic day/night lighting

- Every in-game Sunday zombies spawn on the streets.
