Killing FloorUnreal Tournament 2004 mod | Released Aug 15, 2007Killing Floor is a survival horror total conversion set in London, England. In a laboratory under the city, a series of human experiments in cloning and biological augmentation are being conducted by the employees of "Horizon". Horizon is a BioTech corporation formerly employed by the government to do the R&D on a top secret series of synthetic combat drugs which would enhance the effectiveness of soldiers in the field. Horizon's funding was cut, when their practices were deemed too immoral even for such a controversial project, but the research didn't stop. Funded by private money from the deep pockets of Horizon chairman and research scientist Kevin Clalemay, tests continued in a more...private location. That was until something went wrong. There were reports that the lab had been comprimised; that the subjects were behaving abnormally...then, silence. Several days later, twisted shapes began to emerge from the confines of the lab into the city above.

Killing Floor is now going to be a standalone game! Congrats to Alex AKA Mr. Kadish on taking his baby to retail! VE3D also has an article up with some screens. As soon as Alex is done "celebrating", I'm told we can expect an official Killing Floor game profile here on ModDB. Another win for modders!

Best bet is to make sure that you're not joining a server with an N/A ping, that you have the ECE bonus pack + KF Patch installed, and that you have the map the server is hosting. Also, instead of DBclicking on the server in the list, try selection it , and clicking the "join" button instead. Seems to work better for some reason.
Hmm, jsut how the hell do you join servers in KF 2.0? I click join at the server, and I see the normal hand twitching, and nothing else. Sometimes, some text flickers, but reading it is impossible. If I click anything, then I go to a black screen. I've waited for as long as it should take on both occasions.

Whilst playing killing floor I see people often using the unreal tournament 2004 skins and thou was wondering, how do you get to do this as I want to use my unreal skin off the Blue Moon Rising mod (a zombie killing mod for UT04) for killing floor.

Install UT2k4
Install the latest UT2k4 patch
Install Epic's ECE Bonus pack.
Drag n Drop the KFMod20 folder from the zip into your UT2k4 directory .
Look in KFmod20 for RunKF.bat and click it.
if that doesnt start the mod
run UT2k4 and click Community --> Mods---> Killing Floor --> Activate.
i jus got ut2004 so i could play kf but how do i install it kf
