Killing Floor is a survival horror total conversion set in London, England.

In a laboratory under the city, a series of human experiments in cloning and biological augmentation are being conducted by the employees of "Horizon". Horizon is a BioTech corporation formerly employed by the government to do the R&D on a top secret series of synthetic combat drugs which would enhance the effectiveness of soldiers in the field.

Horizon's funding was cut, when their practices were deemed too immoral even for such a controversial project, but the research didn't stop. Funded by private money from the deep pockets of Horizon chairman and research scientist Kevin Clamely, tests continued in a more...private location.

That was until something went wrong. There were reports that the lab had been comprimised; that the subjects were behaving abnormally...then, silence.

Several days later, twisted shapes began to emerge from the confines of the lab into the city above.

Yes, it is true. My friend the developer whose name I will not divulge, as well as myself, have made some major improvements to the game. We have added more and newer weapons, and a new character which I called the 'Infected'. The additions are displayed below (namely the new textures of the Killing Floor mod characters):

Anyway, as far as my editing and modding knowledge goes, I only ever managed to make a building a playable unit in age of empires 2(that isn't against the code of conduct is it? Because i'm not really advertising)

If the game provides you with an editor and it is considered as moddable, then I would think that they intends you to be creative and make some editing to their maps. Therefore I wouldn't consider it as a breach of the code of conduct.
Anyways, there are a few re-coding you need to do on your UT2004.ini file in your C:\Program Files\Unreal Tournament 2004\System folder in order for you to use the Unreal Editor for KFMod20. Let me know if you need help with it.

It is almost always the KF_Office map that causes the problems, and I have yet to get through a game on this map because of it.
Also there are other annoying happenings on this map such as I fell through one of the windows and walked around the outside of the map where there are no textures.

I did check the map, KF-Office, and it is a common problem with the map with the 3rd floor windows. Once you get out the window and walk to the end of the ledge, then you will wind up being outside the playing area of the map (if you survived the fall).

Did you edit the map? And which section of the map of the map window? There are areas thin the maps that are glitch areas with no blocking volume. Thus allowing you to go beyond the playable zones. You can use the editor and place blocking volumes in those glitch areas if you so desire.

First of all, 'No, your questions aren't stupid.' And second of all, the KF3 models are the same except for the textures. Those are my very own custom textures. I made them based of movie characters (namely, Hellboy). And the new weapons are made by my good friend who is a modeller/coder.

But these changes are strictly for personal use. Tripwire owns the rights (copyright) for the game and they don't want people to use it publicly!!!

Looks to me like you have the problem with the West London map. Did you edit the map? There is something in that map that crashes the game.

I get that same problem but with me it says KFClotPawn. instead but this only happens on random maps and I dont see a reason for it.
Also I get a problem where sometimes if I get hit or take damage the screen goes completely white, but I can still see the HUD and my guys gun. It only goes back to normal if I get away from the specimen attacking me, which is hard when I cannot see them.
again this only happens on random maps and it appears for no reason at all.

My suggestion is to take note which maps give you the problem, then post them here. We'll see what exactly the maps have that causes this problem(s). This must have something to do with zone (glitch in the zoning).
