How to play Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath mods in Garena or Gameranger tutorial

Since Gamespy's servers will stop their service soon and EA don't show any signs that they looking for solution for C&C game's online servers I thought about making a Tutorial that show how you can play Kane's Wrath mods in Garena or Gameranger

How to play Command & Conquer3 Kane's Wrath mods in Garena or Gameranger

First before anything else you will need to download the last version WrathEd Mod Launcher
and make sure that you set it to be opened as administer

you will also need to make new folder in "C:\Users\username\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath

and named it "Mods"
example: C:\Users\username\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Mods

and put the mod you want to play in it (in the mods folder)

next you will need Garena or Gameranger of course

How to play KW mods in Garena:

0. Make copy of your WrathEd Mod Launcher and rename it as "RA3.exe" and place it in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\ (file here)

1. open Garena, login, press the "LAN" button and then press on the "GAME" bar

2. Chose "Red alert 3" and enter any room you want to play at
(example: Europe Room 1)

3. BEFORE you play the game by pressing the "START" button
press on the small "game setting" button with the gear icon that is left to the "START" button

4. In the options make sure that you on the red alert 3 section,
in "executable settings" search and choose the RA3.exe file (which is actually the WrathEd Mod Launcher)
that you placed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\ directory and press on the "open" button.

and in "game bootstrap parameters" write "-ui" (which can help you play red alert 3 mods via Garena if you wish.

press "apply" and that it! just choose the mod you wish in the mod launcher and start the game with friends

How to play KW mods in Gameranger:

0. Make copy of your WrathEd Mod Launcher and rename it as "CNC3EP1.exe" and place it
anywhere you want (just don't place it in the game main folder since it will replace your original CNC3EP1.exe of the game!)

1. open Gameranger and press on the edit tub and then choose "options"

2. in games tub choose Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath, press the "browse" button and choose the CNC3EP1.exe (which is actually the WrathEd Mod Launcher) And that it

you can now play KW mods in GR and Garena!

Just make sure that your WrathEd Mod Launcher was set to be open as administer BEFORE you start the game or some stuff may not work correctly!
