The Jeep Wrangler YJ is one of my favorite automobiles, and it is also a vehicle used in Jurassic Park.
Used by the staff to move about the island, the Jeep Wrangler YJ is a gas powered vehicle, unlike the Ford Explorers, whom have been modified to run on an electrical track.
We have so many more updates to show you ranging from our NEW Velociraptor model, Aviary concept art, Raptor Pen updates, textured Perimeter Fence, and more. There also is of course updates to this Jeep model to look forward to in the coming week. Textures :)

Cool, I can't wait to see what is in store.
I'll have one last update before I submit our work to Amblin. It will only show for a limited number of days before I completely pull everything off ModDB. After that the mod will be on hold until we get the permission we need, the basics at minimum.. then our back-up project will become our new permanent project. Right after the update, I will link you to our new project. Like I said, this new project we are doing will be worked on while we wait for permission for JP. If we do not get it, then we protected ourselves from wasting more time than nessesary. We have done enough work to show for Amblin, and I don't think more is needed. The point is there, and if our work is professional enough, than the impressive nature of it is as well.

Mods looking great so far. Love all the skins and the professionally created models. However, I believe that getting permission from amblin/universal won't be easy because big name movie companies usually slam doors closed with mods based on movies. Good luck though as if you do get permission, this mod will be extremely popular and even the preview screens look great.
Are you guys(the mod team) going to make custom or special animations for the dinos like in Turok®? For example, if you get too close to the T-Rex it will just eat you and the raptors have like a high-pitched screech(sort of).
Don't let the popularity get to you guys. I really want to see this project finished. :D Your doing a great job as it is.
