Pick up your own crowbar and force your way out of Citizen Containment Zone 19, and lead in the uprising against the alien aggressors. Filip was born and bred in the countryside before the portal storms began. After losing his family in aftermath of Seven hour war, he was forced to move into citizen containment zone 19. Years later, Filip makes the difficult decision to join the Human resistance in order to help smuggle forbidden goods, like clean water and food, into the city and organize the underground resistance. Soon after, he becomes the political prisoner of the Combine.

Awesome mod I really enjoyed it! A great piece of work;
however I was wandering why Filip has a HEV suit? I understood if you weren't able to change the hands but you also pick up armour batteries throughout the mod so he must be wearing one...

Same problem than in Black Snow: there's a file missing in materials/console, but in Joutomaa the missing one is startup_loading.vtf. It seems that there is no software in the web for opening any .vtf file...
So I downloaded it and put the file inside the sourcemods folder and it starts but then all I see is a white screen then it quits out of it.
